Healthy Breakfast Ideas: Discover 3 Easy Recipes ?

There can be such controversy with health & diet related videos, so let me first state by saying the most important thing is loving yourself. Being skinny will not answer all of your problems. No matter your size, shape, age, gender or race, we need to focus on positivity in ourselves, because we all battle our inner demons.

*Chai Spiced Quinoa* modified from

1/4 tsp ground ginger
1 cup dry organic quinoa
1 pinch cardamom
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
2 cups almond milk, more for serving (I used Unsweetened Vanilla)
1/2 Chopped apple
1 pinch cloves
Stevia, or other sweetener, to taste

In a medium saucepan, cinnamon, cloves, bring almond milk, ginger, cardamom to a boil. Stir in quinoa and reduce heat to a low. Cover with lid and allow to simmer 15 – 20 minutes until almond milk has been absorbed and Quinoa is tender.

Top with chopped apple, cinnamon and Stevia.
Serve warm topped with more almond milk.
